Why is one area of my lawn still brown even though my sprinklers run?
Brown areas can result from blocked or misaligned nozzles, sunken or tilted sprinkler heads, poor pressure, uneven coverage, soil conditions, or other lawn-health issues.
Why is water pooling around one sprinkler head?
A damaged spray body, loose connection, leaking fitting, broken underground pipe, or drainage issue could be responsible. The surrounding area and zone should be inspected.
Can you repair a sprinkler system you didn’t install?
Yes. Existing irrigation systems can be evaluated even when Outdoor Legacy wasn’t the original installer.
Can a sprinkler line leak underground without being obvious?
Yes. Underground leaks may initially show up as unusually wet soil, low pressure, poor sprinkler performance, or unexplained water loss.
Why won’t my sprinkler head pop up?
Low water pressure, debris, a damaged spray body, a valve issue, or a leaking irrigation line can prevent a head from rising properly.
Can sprinkler heads be adjusted instead of replaced?
Often, yes. Depending on their condition, spray heads and nozzles may be cleaned, adjusted, raised, lowered, realigned, or capped instead of automatically being replaced.
