Colorado's clay-heavy soil compacts heavily over time, choking grass roots and blocking water, nutrients, and air. Core aeration breaks up that compaction — letting your lawn breathe, absorb water better, and grow thicker.

We use a double-pass (2X) application — running the aerator in two directions — for maximum results. Best done in fall or early spring when grass is actively growing.
