Selective Brush Removal in Genesee, CO
Is an existing outdoor-use spot on your Genesee property disappearing into growth? Jefferson County lists Genesee among its communities, and Denver manages the distinct Genesee Park. Neither public reference describes the vegetation or work history on your parcel.
Choose the sitting or activity space you already want back, then mark the growth inside that footprint. Outdoor Legacy offers brush removal and forestry mulching; ask about the smallest defined treatment that restores that space while retaining the trees or shade you value. This is an area-restoration request, not an invitation to clear the whole wooded lot.
If the issue is actually reaching the spot, explain that separately as an access question. A park name does not tell the crew what is on your land. Request a Forestry estimate for the existing space and what you want to keep.

Frequently Asked Question
Should I clear beyond an existing sitting area?
Not by default. Show the boundary of the usable spot and what surrounds it; ask what selective work, if any, would restore the space.
