Open Up a Divide Property with Forestry Mulching

At Divide’s US 24/Highway 67 junction, a route to your parcel and a vegetation-management goal are not the same request. Mueller State Park directions use the junction as a landmark; its park landscape does not diagnose your property. Are you trying to regain passage, or asking about a defined fire-mitigation area?

If passage is the problem, show the blocked route and the use it must support. If reducing vegetation around a particular use area is the goal, mark that area instead and explain what trees you want to keep. Outdoor Legacy can discuss trail cutting, brush removal or forestry mulching as appropriate to the site; none of these words promises a wildfire outcome.

Photograph the entrance and actual growth so the Forestry team can assess scope. Do not turn a route request into whole-parcel clearing or infer conditions from Mueller State Park.

Frequently Asked Question

Should I request an access path or fire mitigation?

State the goal and show the affected area. A passable route and a defined vegetation-reduction area have different footprints; neither guarantees a fire result.
